I just want to encourage clubs (not that I'm any kind of lead spokesman for) now that many clubs have had a seed auction/sale to set a few dollars (costing not much more thatn a club membership) aside for a Bigpumpkin.com banner for your weigh-off site. I know New York giant pumpkin growers has had one, SCGA now also has a Bigpumpkin banner. Does'nt it seem fitting that all clubs should salute/honor Bigpumpkins.com I can't think of who or what has done more for the sport than Howard Dill & Ken's Bigpumpkins web site, personnely everything I have learned about giant pumpkin growing has been learned thru Bigpumpkins.com What better way to show your appreciation than to raise a Bigpumpkins banner at your weigh-off site. This way spectators who are intrigued enough to want to grow there own giant pumpkin at the weigh-off will now have a web site to go to.
