Sad to say but when I was younger! that was a typical snowfall here in NY. I can remember times when we would look down on the telephone poles!the state had special blowers to clean the roads here!I miss those days!!!

heat wave here 50 in the day 40 at night. i think its gonna be another hot summer here.

8-10" coming in today as i type. as far as cold, yesterday it got to 18 degrees and it felt like a heat wave.

feels like a good old fashion winter to me. no continuous freezing and thawing. it got cold and stayed cold, just like winter should.
