ok, some variety of pumpkins in the specie maxima have withish seeds, some other a little cream colored, and some other are cappuccino color, fell the consistence of the seeds if is empty obviusly is problematic but if is ful... is ok, is viable!

White seeds are missing the tan woody covers of tan seeds.
There used to be a website that was dedicated to plant genetics with a whole page just about AG seed color variations. There was a very detailed explanation of why this variation took place too.
