JUST A QUICK NOTE TO FOLLOW UP ON SUGGESTIONS FOR THE AVAILABILITY OF A BIG PUMPKINS .COM BANNER AS NOTED IN EARLIER POSTS.

I THINK THIS IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO SHOW EACH CLUBS APPRECIATION FOR ALL THEY ACCOMPLISHIS HER ON BP.A GREAT SUGGESTION.

WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT EVERYONE BENEFITS FROM THIS SITE.

CLUBS MAKE MONEY VIA SEED AUCTIONS --LOTS OF IT, GROWERS AND CLUB REPRESENTATIVES COMMUNICATE DAILY IN THE CHAT ROOMS, AND EDCUATIONALLY SPEAKING? THOUSAND OF EVERY CLUBS GROWERS VISIT THIS SITE JUST TO LEARN AND ASK QUESTIONS.

BORI GRAPHIX ( balloonsoverrhodeisland .com ) WILL BE PRODUCING THIS HIGH QUALITY VINYL BANNER.DETAILS ON COST ARE PENDING AND WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON.THE SIZE SHOULD BE AROUND 1.5 FT WIDE X 3.5 FT LONG

I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST THAT EACH BANNER HAVE A BIG PUMPKINS DONATION ADJUSTMENT ATTACHED TO THE ACTUAL BANNER COST. THE ADDITIONAL COST DONATED BACK TOWARD MANAGING THE BP SITE WOULD BE $ 20.00 ?

It's a good idea. The NY club has had a BP banner for years. I hope it has caught some eyes through the years.

The RMGVG is in on this.....We would also like to have our LOGO printed on the banner as well and will pay for it.

Great for our hobby and our club which we can display at all of our events. ALso how about a GPC Flag to be flown with the US, State flags at our events. RMGVG is looking into our own flag as well.......

bigpumpkins.com has enhanced my qaulity of life since 2001. i would love to have a bigpumpkins.com banner with GPC and Orange Angels logo on it to take to all events I go to.

Hell, if you made a queen size bedspread with the same i would buy it.

I'd like one to. I'll fly it at my patch at my parents house. Getting the word about the hobby is WHAT we should do. We need to get new members involved in this. Pap has been an insperation and mentor for many new growers as well as world class caliber growers. I've gotten a few people who will be planting my seeds this year. I'm certainly gonna try to get them to join the SNGPG. That will be a little harder. Anything to bring the sport in a positive direction.

im sure flags could be manufactured if requested.bori graphix makes all sorts of banners,flags,stickers and signs ,etc.

each individual would need to do this on there own by visiting bori graphiz wed site that i mentioned above.
for now my involvement will be just to get the bp.c banner into the works.

sites that want additional logos on the bp.c banner would be an additional fee as worked out between the site and bori graphix when you order the banner.

personally? if your honoring bp.c with a banner ? then just honor them with there own banner. have a second one made for your other logos,etc?

pap, great idea. we will be honored to kick in extra $ for all the effort of the guys behind the scenes at bigpumpkins.com.

so if you need to start an official list of clubs or individuals to purchase the bigpumpkins.com banner you discusssed above, then here we go.

1. illinois giant pumpkin growers association are in. mark us down for one.

2. jeff shenoha aka shazzy. personally, i want one for myself when i display a pumpkin at our joliet fall frenzy every year. that simple banner says it all in a nut shell and the curious will remember it or write it down. where it takes them from there, who knows but it is the best direction i tell anyone wishing to learn more about the hobby. when anyone asks how do you grow them so big, i tell them to go to bigpumkins.com for all the answers to any questions you can think of regarding giant pumpkin growing.

Pap, count me/us in, the KPM that is!!! Oops I mean the KGPG!!!! Send me the bill!!! Seein as I can't seem to grow a pkn, !!! borigraphix has made some incredible window stickers, and a 3x5 banner for the KGPG!!! I would recommend them to awl clubs looking for banners, stickers and stuff!!! Peace, Wayne
