I am getting ready to send off a soil test and some people have said that A and L labs is a good place. Right now I don't have a lot of time to waste. Which is quicker and better overall? A&L labs or UMASS??? Also from A&L labs what test do I take??
Thanks Martin

A&L Lab West.... the S3C, pay the extra $2 for recommendations, mark 'per 1000 sq ft' and crop 'Giant Pumpkins' and pay the extra $1 for bar graphing. So $33. They need two cups soil, well dried and baggied.

I haven't used Craig Lembke yet but a lot of people recommend him. It's $36 and he will call you and walk you through the results. I will be using him from now on. lembkefarm.com

I have used UMASS and they are fairly fast.

Why are we rushing the lab when we had all summer to send a sample? This is why I don't test or interpret any more. LOL
