Shelby Brokaw recently won 1st place at the Arkansas 4H Giant Pumpkin and Watermelon weighoff in Little Rock Arkansas. Shelby's 1st place pumpkin weighed 190 lbs and her 1st place watermelon weighed 105.5. Hayley Brokaw got 2nd place with a pumpkin of 133.5 lbs. I have 4 kids and they would love to break the Arkansas State Record of 684lbs next year!!!!! With good seeds, good weather and good luck...they can do it.
