I posted this last night, but the message disappeared..lol

The Big Orange was weighed in yesterday at Wellington. She weighed 1059.6 lbs and placed second. It won the Bill Greer Memorial Award for largest grown in the county as well as the Howard Dill Award!

Congratulations to LongmontPete (Pete Mohr), with his winning guess of 1055 lbs.

I think Chris Austria (10/9/09, 2:10:12 AM) from Austria had a better estimate with 1062 with a delta of 2.4lbs and not 4.6lbs as Pete.
