I know everybody is excited about the great pumpkins that have been produced this year. I am really excited with the year that I had as well. I ended up about 1500# off the new world record, but it was a Personal best off of store bought seed. What I am most proud about is being able to share the summer growing pumpkings and a vegetable garden with my 5 and 2 year old boys, and at the end of September my wife and I were blessed with our third child, a girl this time (Willow). Obviously my time is limited now, but i will be back at it full force in the spring. I will post in the seed exchange board to try and gear up for next year. thanks for all the advice from this site for a new grower--like i said, a BANNER YEAR in my life!!

orangeneck, forgot to mention all this is on about a quarter acre of land--not much of a patch to tour, but i am working another patch although I'm not sure of the quality of the soil. If any of you with encouraging words would like me to try another banner year with your seed, email me please at [email protected]
thanks everyone
