In remembrance of all the great people in the pumpkin family who have passsed on, I will be carving a memorial pumpkin at Circleville.
What I need from the list is every pumpkin grower you have known that has passed away. I will start with those more recent, Buddy and Hugh, then continue down the line. I will probably highlight the more well known growers, such as Howard Dill, Fred Calai, etc, but want to include as many names as possible.
Please post on here the grower's name at least. If you know it, please post birth and death years. For general purposes, particularly for new growers, please highlight their significance as well!
Thank you!

Since it will be done in Circleville the local growers there are Buddy Conley, John Pontious & Nancy Martin. And back to the National area. Barb Kincaid, Charlie Houghton.
