What is the smallest OTT ever to go 1000 pounds? How about smallest circumference?

You need at least 340" but 355-365" should get you a K for sure.

I know what it takes to get there, but I wondered if the people with AGGC or some one else has ever figured the "actual" smallest OTT or smallest circ to "actually" reach 1000 pounds. So far, I think Jos has it, but anyone else with a smaller one?
