Last Friday, the local newspaper showed up to watch the loading of Scott DiMarco and son Nate's pumpkins for the Altoona weigh-off last Saturday. Scott's weight 882.5, but was beat by Nate at 970 pounds. Several members of the Williamsport Giant Pumpkin Growers club showed up to supervise the loading. See link:

On top of Brush Mountain, Pa.

Scott works really hard in his garden. Last year he had a lot of big pumpkins in his patch at the time of the garden tour. They went down just before the weighoff. Congrats to Scott and son.
