We just joined this site, per a friends' suggestion. My question: is there a way to find out the largest/heaviest Cinderella pumpkin on record? We grew some huge ones this year, by luck, 70 and 75# and wondering if ours might be something important -ha! Any suggestions out there? Thanks, The Poop Dr's wife

Sorry..most folk here specialize in Atlantic Giants.
On a different note, most folk here would not know where Penn Valley is located. I have an Aunt and cousin on the road between Rough and Ready and Grass Valley.

This one looks like a giant Cinderella.
AG shape varies a lot, some just have the look.

I'm sure they are fine and big cinderellas....but cindarella is a variety thats mostly determined by shape and it would be impossible to determine whats a cinderella and whats a flat ribby shiney orange AG at a contest. We don't have Atlantic Giant, Dills Atlantic Giant, or any other variety of C.maxima contests ....we have giant pumpkin contests......varietal differences are tough to determine.
