After replying I read Brook's dairy and am kind of choked up over it. I kind of clicked with Bill the year Brooks brought his 1402 to the weigh-off. We talked through most of the weigh-off. Later that year when we found out my Mom had cancer, Bill had his entire church pray for her to get better. I think he played a role in my mother's recovery and am eternally greatfull to him for that.

I honestly didn't know Bill was getting worse. Last I heard he had an operation and was in remission.

Even though in a much lesser way, I share your feeling of loss today.
