Hi all -
I hope you can help me.
I have a small restaurant in Mount Prospect IL and for the past 2 years, we've had a guess the weight contest for a giant pumpkin.

These have been in the 150-200# range, purchased from a small nursery in the area (not a grower).

We're looking to take it up a notch. I've seen a few pickup trucks driving around, carrying a pumpkin that fills the bed. That's more what we're looking for.

Can you direct me to someone in the Chicago or Southern Wisconsin area who would sell me something like this?

We have our local weigh-off 10-3 at Didier Farms. It is not that far from Mt.Prospect. Most of the big pumpkins grown locally will be there. I will forward your post to some other growers that might be interested.
