A 998Pukos x 1068Wallace or 1068Wallace x 998Pukos cross might be easier to get. (just my two cents worth)

I'm assuming you meant 1068, not 1038. Unless you are VERY good friends with a Wallace, 1st initial "R", you may be out of luck. 998.5 Pukos are available but pretty pricey. Richard makes a good point. The bigger "R" predicted the 1385 Jutras would surpass the 1068 in terms of largest prodgeny. As well there are a number of other 1068 x 998 crosses and reverse which have proved themselves. Good luck in your quest.

Thanks for the correction and Yes You certainly are right. That would be good a 1068 Wallace and 998 Pukos Cross. anyone out htere got any?

Kenny, there are at least seven of each ( 1068 x 998 ) and reverse, some right in your back yard. I'd bet a dollar that if you made a request on the seed exchange board, it wouldn't be long before someone responded, good luck.

I was able to obtain a pukos 998 crossed with a walace 1068. Its the pumpkin i'm growing now. Are the seeds just as good? I self pollinated it. After harvest if anyone wants some seeds let me know.
