Final measurement was 149 cir, 109side, and 110 front to back. It was really close to the charts. Normally if it had gotten the 90 to 100 days I usually get I think it would have gone heavy ( every pumpkin I have had the last 5 years has gone heavy). This one was pollinated on 6/13 , the last measurement to show growth was on 8/15....nothing past there.....lesson learned pay closer attention to the stem is self, not just stem stress

Congratulation! Nice job in putting Hawaii on the pumpkin map. BTW Cindi, why did you doubt big pumpkins could be grown in Hawaii. Seems like they'd have ideal weather year round...not to hot, not too cold, and plenty of moisture. Also, lots of rich volcanic soil.
