Well I made the local news this morning. Not really a attention person but it was ok. I am having good luck in my first year growing these beasts and it is definately exciting at times. Having a 696 that stopped growing this month, and 2 more in the patch I am happy to say the least. Thanks to John Doucet for the 1154 seed and every grower on here for making growing these giants common knowledge and helping when they can. If you want to see my ugly mug heres a link to the video.

Rick, great job buddy. PLEASE, PLEASE keep her growing. Every time a grower south of the boarder gets a good one going puts us one step closer to closing the gap. It's gonna be nearly impossible to grow a world record in our neck of the woods because of the climate but we can get darn close. See you in Elkin.
