ri is in line for about three inches of rain saturday. we needed it as we have not seen rain for close to a month. pumpkins should be ok as they have passed their peak daily growth. we are gonna find out. ............pap

this August is the wettest on record for this part of Virginia. praying that Danny will keep his strongest winds off shore to the east of us.. the ground being saturated like it is shouldn't take much to knock over few trees. the last i heard Danny was to stay off shore as a cat1 hurricane for the mid-Atlantic area maybe brushing the OBX before taking a more northerly turn... cape cod might not be so lucky.. keep your eyes on Danny all my new England brothers & sisters.
