according to this site http://www.stormpulse.com/ New England looks pretty safe. It dosn't look too good for us in Nova Scotia though.

We got 3 inches of rain here today in 40 minutes and it didn't even come from Bill. Another system came in from the west and got stalled by Bill off the coast.

Ditto Paps. That was a bunch of hulla baloo over nothing. We did get a drenching down pour that all ran down to the Sound. But that's all.
