Dr. Linderman had mentioned a list he gave to Giant Pumpkin Growers. Any one still have that sheet? If not its here: http://tinyurl.com/mlkx8s Seems like its more complex than the fungicide product is going to completely kill the mycorrhizae or not. A list is with products the above doesn't mention: http://tinyurl.com/n9lqrp Between the two lists most of the common fungicides are covered. Could be worth the leg work to optimize your soil health while keeping out the bad guys.
