Hi everyone
Is it okay for the feed-grade molasses for our tea to have misc ingredients in it? No sulfer, but veg oil and assorted preservatives and such are listed on the label. I don't know if all feed-grade molasses generally has these types of things added, or if we should be hunting for 100% straight molasses. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Kelly

should work ok,,the tea won't foam because of the oil added. Here the feed mills use animal fat as an additive so it will "flow" in cold weather (most of the summer this year,,lol)
you might check sporting goods supply,,,they sell a feed grade for deer and wildlife attractant that usually only has a preservative for self life

thanks, I never thought of a sporting goods store...I just was checking feed mills and the farm bureau. The stuff we've been using all season is working great but we're trying to shop around for something cheaper. With as much as we're spending on pumpkins it's a good thing we don't have time for other hobbies lol.
Thanks again

I found Molasses at Bass Pro Shop for $7.95 a gallon. Luckily we have one close.

I got mine from a farmer supply store for a dollar a gallon, the farmers use it.
