A 2004 movie, but if you haven't seen it, it's a definite must-see movie! You can watch it on your computer at the link below. I figure it's relevant due to the importance of seeds in the pumpkin growing sport.

I saw that movie a while back. I certainly is good. It appears that food is being grown for shelf life rather then for taste and copywritting nature is a sin.

Ever tried comparing an Heirloom tomato to a mass-produced Roma or "Vine ripened" one? It's no contest. Hard to even taste the tomatoes they use in fast food restaurants at all. In addition, you're losing much of the nutritional value as well.

The new Food Inc movie at the theatres deals with the copyrighting nature issue. It's an interesting flick.
