Subject: Just found that the pumpkin has a wet stem.

This afternoon prior to going to work. I checked the pumpkins stem it was weeping. I quickly threw some anti fungal powder around it and on thd stem. What would cause this? Also will using anti fungal powder have a negative affect on the micorizeal that I Used? i don't know it all so i ask.

They just do that sometimes. Use your powder. Even if it did effect your mycorrhizal activity, that is not the priority in this case.

Thanks for the advice. I feel better about this. My phone is acting up sorry that it posted that post many times. Computer glitch!

Might help if you run a fan on it. If you get juice sitting in there you can use an air compressor and shoot it out, or get out your shop vac and suck it out.
