Maybe you should have taken the offer that was made by Pap and Steve Sperry. This would be an easy question that Steve could have answered for you. People ask for help, help is offered, help is not taken, people ask for more help....this does not make sense.

thank you for making my point mark g ........
i think kenny is either a young man who is shy to mingle or hes an older person who prefers to work alone. either way we wish him the best.
yesterday at our picnic would have been a great opportunity for him to have a lot of questions answered. either way its his call. we offered to help but never heard anything from him.
you can lead a horse to water but ya cant make um drink.

Yes Pap, i'm actually a 36 year old correctional officer. I work strange hours and work a lot of overtime. It certainly is tough finding the time to work on a pumpkin much less trying to get time to go on a patch tour. If I didn't have the work and family obligations I surly would have made it. I really enjoy the hobby and find that it fosters such great frendships. As far Marks comments are concerned. He doesn't know my charicter. I wish him luck. I'm a member of the NEGPGA. And would like to renew my membership. PAP, can you give me the contact info. My membership runs out in October and I'd like to get this done ASAP. I truly love the organization and hobby and would like to be more active. However my pumpkins are nothing compaired to the beasts that Pap and others grow. I must admit I don't think I rate to even be asking advice to them in person. At any rate I also play the bagpipes and would like to know Pap if the Organization could use a Piper For the weigh off's opening ceremonies I'd be happy to help out. I hope everyone has a great season. 100,000 Welcomes :)
