for those who like to crunch numbers, here are some results of my crunching on russ landry's 2008 ott 1200 lb growth chart.
start day is day 20 with a pumpkin at 158"ott or 94 lbs min.
day 20-30 should average 24.7 lbs per day to reach 1200 lbs day 30-40 should average 34.3 lbs per day to reach 1200 lbs day 40-50 should average 25.4 day 50-60 should average 16.6 day 60-70 should average 11.7 day 70-80 should average 6.7
day 20 158"ott = min. wt. of 94 lbs to reach 1200 lbs + day 30 251"ott = min. wt. of 341 lbs day 40 319"ott = min. wt. of 684 lbs day 50 355"ott = min. wt. of 938 lbs day 60 375"ott = min. wt. of 1104 lbs day 70 388"ott = min. wt. of 1221 lbs day 80 395"ott = final wt.of 1288 lbs.
i believe the math is right, correct me if i am wrong.

I don't understand how the 1200# BM is actually 1288# and only on D80. If you can track these #'s you are actually doing 1350++ IMO.
I'll these #'s do is cause me to lose sleep...lol.

My two are averaging 5 lbs and 10 lbs and I was hoping to hit 1000 lbs this year, the year I planned to retire from this game. Looks like I,ll have to continue until I reach my goal.
