I got a late start here due to crappy weather. Set my first fruit on 7/12. It has not grown in days. Should I bother trying again on this plant or just let the other four do what they do? Any opinions?

Set two yesterday and three today! We will see what happens Ned. At this point in the game, looking to beat my PB from last year and donate a display pumpkin in Jeffersonville, NY. Rich Vogler usually donates his, but took the year off from growing. He asked me in the early spring if I would mind setting one there. I would at least like to live up to that. J'Ville has been doing this for years. I would hate to mess up the tradition.
