I noticed on our 1257 hester, that one of the blooms(size of pea and 3ft of main vine) Its green and dosen't look like a AG I have had before. Do any of the AG's go from Green to yellow? This is bthering me anyone have this problem?
My biggest fear is that when it got dug up, it got mixed up with anouther type of ornamental pumpkin. If so, this really sucks.
Any advice,
This season has been stressful. Is there a catagory for people who just cant grow em? LOL

Possible that the line has some squash in it and it tossed up the green gene. Go for it. Don't sweat, it's just pumpkins! Try and set it just for seeing what it does...

give it a week after pollination, and then report back.

I have had females that were green before pollination, then go to yellow and ultimaltely orange afterwards.
