It has been very hot here, 100* for a few days and my 1081 Leonzi and my 1112 Holland had slowed to a crawl. I reset the water timers to run 8 hours a day and I think I have saved my fruit. The 1081 had 13.4 lbs growth today, and the 1112 had 9.6 lbs growth.
I may have to float a loan to pay the water bill, but by God I still have Pumpkins. LOL

Congrats Amigatec! I'm glad you have stayed on top. Thirsty little doggies, especially when they are suffering. After major surgery on mine today, I have given it intermittent sprays all day and it has responded well to the water load. It seems in times of stress they require twice as much water to pull them through.

Well I refigured my timers setting, and it was 3 hours yesterday afternoon, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 am and again from 10:00 am to Noon. So it was closer to 13 hours.
I did notice lots of new growth on the plant so I guess i will be pruning again very soon.

If it wasn't for water mine wouldn't be alive. I use water to cool and at 112f that takes a lot of H2O for a long time every day...
Glad yours rallied Pat, beware of splitting with that stall though.
