I have small (usually smaller than an American quarter in size) dead spots on leaf where it is very light - kind of a dead grass color. Started on a couple of leaves. Then spread to a ton of leaves overnight. Pictures should be on my diary soon (already uploaded them - waiting to clear quarantine).

Only thing I have treated plants with so far is Neem oil about 9 days ago. I haven't noticed any bugs or eggs under leaves. Do you know what this could be? I would appreciate your guess on diagnosis and treatment. If you haven't surmised already I am a newbie.
