OK then, for those of you that have had seeds in the blossom and have either grown them with success or are growing them now cause you don't have any options, do you trim off those seeds after pollination or what should be done to clean up the area after pollination and taking the flower petal off?
Thanks.

SeemZ to be a lot of SeedZ in the blossom phenom this year....I didnt find anything online as of yet.....still looking....

got a good one going on my 1385 that had 2 small seeds attached to one lobe. this is my first attempt at a "seeds in blossum" female as a keeper, but all looks good so far. in my mind i have to think of the blossum as the insides of the pumpkin curled out. a couple seeds means the insides were hanging out a little too far, but once the portal (lack of better words or less vulgar to be more accurate) has shut after pollination and is sealed, then no harm no foul is what i am hoping. pollinate an extra "seed in blossum" female some time and let it take and get to about grapefruit size and slice it in half. i have not ever seen signs of intertior abnormalities of flesh thickness at the blossum end just cuz of the seeds in the blossum. i would have to believe getting all lobes or chambers pollinated on "seeds in blossum" female is the true test and if the shape is normal after 10-15 days, hopefully all will be good. i am interested in hearing good or bad personal experiences in the matter, and know i have only kept mine out of necessity and will see what happens.

I pollinated 1 on my 1385, one lobe had a couple of seeds attached to it. Now at 10 days you can't tell the seeds were ever there once the flower was gone and it dried up. The blossom looks normal, the pumpkin is growing nice. I have another one with a normal blossom growing and by looking at them, you can't tell which had the deformed blossom.
