is it possible to pick a male blossom today and save the pollen for 1 or 2 days?

make sure you put them males in the Refrigerator, if you plan on saving them.

Saved a couple males overnight just recently to be sure and have some on hand. Pollen seems to get clumpy when doing this. Placed them on my car dashboard and set defroster to dry them out a little. Worked pretty well, good luck!

Pick in evening, put in water, put in fridge. Take out morning you want to use... to warm up. I have saved pollen for one day fairly regularly this way. Oh and warn family to leave them alone and TELL YOU if they knock them over in there.

I put mine in water last night, and plan on pollinating with it tomorrow morning. Should be fine, especially if your males are not open yet.
