Just curious how many people are growing some field pumpkins for size this year.I am growing 3 plants. The 88.5 LeLand, 145 and 120 McInnis. right now I have 3 pollinated on the 145 at 5 ft, 8 ft and 11.5 ft. The 120 has one pollinated at 8 ft and will pollinate another tomorrow at 14 ft. Still waiting to pollinate one on the 88.5 but should have one ready in a few days.

I have some plants going Sammy, only thing about it is I havnt had time to do controlled cross's on the smaller varietys, but hopefuly here in the next few days Im going to do a couple on a 95 Bell (Phat Albert) plants I have growing.

I also have 2 or 3 of Glenna Rea's varieties growing that Glenna sent me.
The one Ill be looking foward to is the smaller variety , like the ' one to many's' and couple Rahe triamble squash cross's.

I have 4 prizewinner hybrids and they're growing like crazy. Mine are better than the AG's too. Pumpkins pollinated 2-4 days after my first AG are bigger than the AG pumpkin.
