I am wondering if it is o.k. to use watersoluble fertilizers, such as miracle grow or peters plantfood while using mycorrhizae and rootshield. Thankyou for any input.

The myth goes that High-P fertilizer kills Mycorrhizal Inoculant. It does NOT. Rather a plant that is growing in high-P soil will have the energy to ward off what it perceives to be a fungal attack. So the plant will have the energy to defend itself. Ironically once Mycorrhizae has innoclated the roots, the plant will have no trouble finding & utilizing Phosphorus.
Nature has found the way. We can decide how to use this knowledge but if the plants minimum needs are being met there won't be anything to gain by exceeding those needs.
