What is the best way to store seeds from one year to next (or even longer)?

frozen, but I don't know what temp or humidity%. I'm sure one of the experts will chime in, so I'll add my own question as it relates:
I know that at room temperature, with the correct humidity they can last a decade or more.
Not sure what % of humidty is reccomended for storage either, I keep my basement at nothing more than 50%, should it be no more than 40%?

in the middle of an ice cube for the long term...just a bag in the freezer if you plan on planting it in the next couple decades. Make sure your freezer doesnt thaw to self clean

Using the new freeZer bags that allow you to SUCK to air out with a vacumn pump works great...They are even resealable....I sealed an entire SNGPG seed giveaway last year...in one bag with the contents label facing out......Works GREAT!
