Hey Wiz, there's a place about 1/2 mile down the road from my place (2 1/2 miles from Sherwood) that's for sale. 78 acres I think. River bottom/sandy loam. Irrigation rights, with a creek through the front end of the property and a river on the back end.

Right now, it's in hay and Christmas trees. The sign on the front says "Price Reduced."
