seems like you shouldn't mix phyton27 or aliette with anything. Should I take special care to clean my sprayer before or after using these products?

any product that I should use to clean the sprayer, or just wash it out real good?

Just rinse it out. If we're talking herbicides you'd need to use bleach or ammonia (never both) but these fungicides aren't an issue.
