it is almost pollination time here for me on my 2 plants.
I have 1 fruit on each plant on the main about 11-12' out and many others on the tips of the secondarys.
Now for the mains, the fruit should be opening maybe tuesday morning i am expecting....only problem is, my 695 plant is not producing any males. The ones that were near the stump died or something without fully growing, there are plenty under the canopy but none will be ready for when the 1085 main fruit will need one. on the other end, the 1085 plant has plenty of females.
Should i just self pollinate the one on the 1085 or leave it for open?
each plant is growing a 2nd main fruit 2-3 further down the vine for maybe next week pollinating....
also, how far in advance can i cut males off and bring inside...???

selfing is better than open,,,
any other growers close by for possible pollen? (McKie are you out there?)
pollinate as many as you can on the mains, make the decision based on many factors after they have set and are growing a bit
cut the males the night b4 they will be showing color on the flower tip like the females, or you can cover them on the plant,,,your choice
