If anyone knows the awswer to this, would help me out.
First, if My pumpkin had a bit of damage near where the mean meets the dirt, and I put some Daconil near where I had to amputate the first true leaf and cots, will that drean down with water and kill my Myco?
Also, if I am giving my Pumpkin Bayer Tree and Shrub system insecticide, does this hurt the Myco?

There are no ribbons or trophies for healthiest mycorrhizae. We're growing pumpkins.
That aside; there is no published data regarding imidacloprid one way or the other but since it isn't a fungicide there is little concern.
Chlorothalonil (daconil) is a contact fungicide. Contact fungicides have no effect on mycorrhizal inoculants. SOME systemic fungicides inhibit myco, others stimulate it.
Keep this chart handy for reference:

Thanks for that info Tremor, that makes me a lot more comfortable.
I don't drench my patch with the Daconil either, mostly just use it to clean wounds and after amputating leaves or vine segments.
Mellow, thanks for the link.
