Was just coming back home from a weekend in Colorado Springs. About two miles from my house we had to pull off I-70 because the hail was larger than marbles. Got home and the plants were protected and okay. Hail seemed to be lighter at my place. Lots of heavy rain however.

Today was even worse then yesterday for us. Just 15 mintues of constant hail with tornadoe warnings out, lighting and heavy, heavy rain. There in the middle of it all is my stupid ass trying to keep the hail netting up and working right. Thank god I re-rigged the netting this morning after yesterday's circus. The nets would have never surrvived through todays episode without the new rigging.

But like LIPumpkins said in the other post, the answer to much ice is just more Gin and more Tonic LOL. We've been looking at this all in the wrong light!

just very heavy rain here in northern utah,, last few days,, keep up the good hunt men,, the old addage, "never surrender, never give up",,, last week i lost my maters to hail,, started over

Yo Wiz.... why do you still have a cover over those beautiful 998 and 985 plants? there's noooooooooo chance of hail now... it has ALL past us, lol.

we got more hail today than yesterdays storm. there was some hail gumball size and larger.
