So, if you have a leaf eating fungus and use Compass or Banner Maxx, does it make sense to then use compost tea, fish fert or seaweed foliar? Do the anti-fungals basically sterilize the leaves and prevent the good things from helping the plants?

It remains to be seen whether compost tea actually produces anti-fungal agents. So there may be more to lose by skipping a fungicide for a CT spray. It is well documented that fungicides will upset the brewing if they get into the brewer. But there should be no instance where recently treated organic material would find its way into the brewer.
