I can hear my mother-in-laws screams from Calgary all the way down here. She hates cold weather which has always made me wonder why she is in Canada. Lol
She and my father-in-law are coming down to Denver this next week and she should have good weather here. Hopefully it will make her nice. Lol
Keep warm Eddy!

I hear you man. It snowed here this time last year, but the freezing conditions didn't last long, and everything made it through. Take heart!

Not a believer in global warming but they say the climate changes will be different in areas. Some cooler, some warmer. I knew I should have grown giant cabbage this year as that is the only thing that likes this weather

Not freezing but some 30's lately...brrrr. Running the heat in June?!?!? I've only run my new central AC unit once since we changed it out last November. Jeez!
Supposed to get hazy, hot & humid next week though. I need it too. Fungicide sales are way down due to the cool weather.

we are heading into winter here in New Zealand and where I am set a new record low for June of -4.2c only to be beaten the next night by -4.5c So global warming is getting harder to believe

HEY MOTHER NATURE YOU CAN STOP NOW THE JOKE ISN'T FUNNY ANYMORE!
We had some flakes too. I wonder when the last frost will be. I'm off to build some bigger hoop houses and get some more heaters and more propane and some more kerosene and ....
Good luck everyone!

It has been cool here also. The worst year we had was 1992 when we had a killing frost on June 21. It wiped out pumpkins and tomatoes in my garden. It hit a few low spots in corn fields in Iowa and did a lot of damage in Wisconsin.
They say that as the poles warm up and the ice caps melt. the cold fresh water will mess up the ocean currents and make some areas colder than normal. The cold in 1992 was caused by the Mt. Pinatubo eruption.
