After seeing the Steven Connelly's video's he has a system of using composted leaves, coffee grounds and cow manure and applies it to his plants as a foliar spray. Am I correct on this and is that the correct thing to do. I was told by a gardener to add all organtic matter, Grass clippings, coffee grounds, table scraps, egg shells but no meat and let it rot out for a few weeks. After the heat has gotten to it and it's rotted. You take the soupy mixture and add it to your sprayer and foliar feed at least once a week. Is doing this correct. I have a limitless amount of coffee grounds courtesy of the local Dunkin Donuts.

there is a bit more to it than that, look up composting on the internet. once you get your stuff composted then you can make a nice tea.
you can add a lot of coffee grounds in the fall, to till in your dirt without composting if you like
