How long should it take for a seed to pop out considering i filed it and let it soak for 8 hours before putting it in the pot?

Your third day should give you sometype of indication, weather its your soil cracking or the seed popping up. Either way your third day is a good benchmark.

To tell you, it all depends. I have a seed that was planted 4 days later then my main seeds and it was up the same time the other seeds were. Give them time and do not peek.

Phead, so after 8 days or so...then can you peek? I peeked once this year (on day 8)...seed now up!!! Peace, Wayne
