Ok, I started my seeds a week ago, they are up and ready to go in the ground... the problem is we have had over 5 inches of rain in the last week!! I don't know if I should go ahead and plant them in the ground(My planting sites have already been treated with my fungicides) or if I should put them in larger pots and keep them in the greenhouse longer? Any thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Mikkal

I would assume that the soil in your planting areas is nothing but muck. If that's the case, I'd transplant them into larger pots. It's still plenty early. I would imagine that the fungicide (Subdue?) would still have enough residual to be effective, or apply some more if you have enough.

not sure about your planting sites but i have had my hoops up for almost a week now and the inside doesnt get very wet so if they covered, i dont think it would be a bad idea to put them out.

by no means am I an experianced grower, but last year I had the same problem so I got a few bags of organic miracle grow garden soil and filled the holes with it then transplanted and all the transplants did pretty good, I also did this with my asparagas crowns last year and all the crowns came up good this year

Put your hoop houses up, let the soil under them dry for a couple days and get them in the ground. You just don't want the soil to run like pudding back into the hole you dug for the plants. If I waited for the soil to dry out before planting I wouldn't have anthing in the patch until halfway through July.

I amazes me every year why people prone to wet spring weather don't put up hoops or put down plastic in the 5x5 planting areas as a backup plan......
