Had heat yesterday upper 80's, not a day to dig pits, thankful for neighbors with backhoe. Will see 90 again tomorrow, then cooling off. Gotta fill the pits, not gonna happen in 90 degree heat.

With temps that high this time of year look out. We had a lot of tornados run through Iowa this evening, along with a lot of heavy rain and hail. We were only supposed to ber in the 60's but it shot up to the high 70's and the storms fired up. Luckily I just had rain and no wind or hail.
