This is the big weekend. the carefully selected seeds hit the starter mix and the race against all the forces of nature begin. Best of luck to one and all ! The growing and the related challenges make this a fun avocation/hobby. Thank-you to all of you growers in the past, present and future who have assisted, encouraged or donated seeds to my obsession. to me, germinating the seeds is the true beginning of the renewal of life and the growing season to come! GROW 'EM BIG Guys AND Gals!!!!! Bill P

Yes big weekend, still have loads of work to do, never ends. But it is fun. I am ready with my seed selection, and starting chamber is ready to roll. Bring it on! And a big thank you to those who sent seeds.

Good luck to you Bill and all of the other growers out there. We all know that amount of hard work doesn't always equal great outcomes. We all need a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! John

Pat, just sit back and watch how it's done, son, 7 in and growing fine and bigger than that one you posted. :)
I'm married to the patch now until scale or something else checks me out of the game.
Fun and games, rolling fine here.

Like I said isn't going to be rough this year in Oklahoma when OkieGal has to concede to race to the better grower. LOL

I hate to hi-jack the thread. It is better to start late than have a plant in a pot for a long time , right?

Bwa ha hur!, I've already had one going for the last 10 days. She thrives in her hoop house, with space heater 5ft away set at 75 degrees. It's like a jungle in there.

Well, Pat, I guess then Thomas will enjoy his sixpack. However I am planning on enjoying BBQ and the six he'll owe me so.... Life won't be rough at all.
Yep, Chris, start a little late than rootbind the poor plant.
