Growing that one myself. I started pre-soak yesterday and it's in the germinator now. I saw Phil Hunt's 901 that he planted last year and I've never seen a plant that freakin' big and the pumpkin was on world record pace at that point before she went down. That's why I'm growing it.

well i guess its safe to let the cat out of the bag on 901 hope Phil doesnt get to mad at me..
the pollinator of the 901 was not the 898 Knauss like listed on the aggc.
Phil told me he was experimenting with his 1093 and crossed it with Dionaea muscipula.Phil was luck to get a cutting of Dionaea muscipula form the the plant that appeared in the movie little shop of horrors.the cross took & BAM the 901 was born...

I had patch rash all the way up to the bottoms of my daisy dukes last fall. Bark heck, sandpaper :)

I knew I was committed (or should be) when I missed having vines to wade through in Oct to GET patch rash.

Learned lesson. No more jungle pattern!
