OkieGal,

I think I remember seeing that you were growing the Langevin 900 this year. Are you? And if you are, have you started the seeds yet? How goes the germination?

It didn't take my reply from earlier...

I have some and they're in a backup sprout list.

My first string, I started on last weekend and I got 7 of 8 up. I'll let you know how the 900 goes if it hits the sproutbox.

OK, thanks. I took the seeds out of the envelope yesterday and am trying to start four. I had some concerns because the seeds (all of them) are very thin and don't look like they are properly filled out. I am hopeful they germinate, but they really don't appear to be a good mature seed like I would have expected.

Mine didn't have the ends totally finished off either. I was told the entire seed yield looked like that off that one.
