It depends on where you're at in PA Sam. Talk to some local gardeners they could probably give you a good idea of what to expect. But it varies from year to year, of course.

I don't know about Pennsylvania, but in Oregon it's about a week after I set out my tomato plants.

Sammy, When you first hear the spring peepers in the early spring, add 6 weeks, and this will be the date of your last frost. I have done this for the past 12 years, and have found it to be accurate within 48 hours. I'm not just making this shit up! kilr
