First time growers will probably get some of Dwight Slone's great crosses in wave three.... yes complicated but spring has sprung!

Well, I got two patches, opposite ends of my yard, and I do not have a lot of property (I bought a house in the city in 2006, sort of stuck in it until market improves), so I only got room for two.

One will be the 879 Zoellner 2008, thank to seedoutlet.com and Jeff for making them available there. I have a lot of confidence in that cross for big and orange.

Got a few squash seeds on the way too. 700+ seeds from P&P, hopefully they will list the pedigree. If their pedigree is not listed on the package, then I will consider planting a 692.5 Brunst 04 (756.8 Kennedy x Self) for green.

So I'm growing both an orange and a green. I will be selfing them, so I don't get squmpkins next year.
